There are two main methods for inflating the air pillow bag in the express delivery: filling first and then inflating, and inflating first and then filling.
Filling first and then inflating:
Insert the uninflated air pillow bag into the gaps to be filled inside the product or the cardboard box, with the inflation nozzle facing outwards to facilitate inflation.
Use an inflation tool (such as an air compressor, air pump, bicycle pump, etc.) to inflate the air pillow bag by aligning the inflation nozzle. The degree of inflation can be adjusted according to the product size or the gap to be filled.
After inflation is complete, remove the inflation tool. The air pillow bag will automatically seal, completing the process.
Inflate first, fill later:
For some gaps that are difficult to inflate, you can first fill the air pillow bag with air and then put it in to fill.
This method requires a good grasp of the fullness of the inflation when inflating, and it must not be inflated too full at once to not block the gaps that need to be filled.
Precautions
- Avoid using a box with nails to avoid puncturing the air pillow bag.
- When inflating with an inflator, adjust the parameters to avoid excessive or insufficient pressure, which may cause the air pillow to rupture or run out of air.
- Ensure a clean working environment and avoid improper operations such as dragging the air sheet on the ground.
- Avoid using sharp tools to prevent punctures during use.
- If the packaged items have edges and corners, it is recommended to wrap them with gourd film and fill the box with air pillows to ensure good protection of the packaged items.
The principle and advantages of air pillow bags
Air pillow bags use the gas in the inflatable bag to provide cushioning and protection. They are a new type of cushioning and protective packaging for express logistics and transportation. Their advantages include reducing the loss rate of goods during transportation and providing comprehensive protection.
